ABOUT OSLP

What We Do

Willow-ICS organizes its work into six service pillars. Each pillar addresses a distinct set of challenges. Most engagements draw from more than one.

OUR ORGANIZATION

Opiikapawiin Services LP

Opiikapawiin Services LP (OSLP) is an Indigenous-owned limited partnership providing professional services that bridge the gap between major infrastructure projects and the communities most affected by them.

We specialize in Indigenous engagement and participation, traditional knowledge studies, workforce development, land-based and cultural training, community administrative support, and project management services.

Our work is guided by respect for the land, the people, and the knowledge systems of the communities we serve. We believe that sustainable development is only possible when Indigenous communities are meaningfully involved from the outset.

MISSION

To support and advance Indigenous community participation in project development and economic opportunities through skilled engagement, training, and professional services.
